The public is invited to discuss a proposed Traffic Circulation Plan, highlighting priority measures to improve traffic conditions, parking, and the safe movement of pedestrians in the downtown Castries city area.

The meeting will be held on Feb. 20 at 2:30 p.m., at the Finance Administrative Centre in Pointe Seraphine, Castries.
