Description:	A certificate of identity provides information about the holder and can be used for purposes of travel. However the certificate is not admissible in every country. Contact your travel agent concerning use of the certificate of identity for your destination country prior to making travel arrangements.

Process:	Submit the completed application form together with the required documents and fee. Note that to collect the certificate, the receipt of payment is required.
Requirements:	Saint Lucia National ID Card Birth certificate/Baptism certificate Expired Saint Lucia passport; if not Saint Lucian, use expired foreign passport or ID card Two passport sized photos
